Shotcrete Hyperplasticizer – Aqueous Solution
Description
AD-TEK SH is a composite polycarboxylate hyperplasticizer (superplasticizer) for shotcrete applications.
AD-TEK SH significantly reduces water with improved slump of the shotcrete mix. Additionally, the hyperplasticizer increases viscosity of the mix, providing the possibility to make larger layer thickness of shotcrete during one application.
AD-TEK SH provides increased workability time and pumpability with high early strength.
AD-TEK SH is in accordance with Australian Standard AS1478.1 – 2000 as a High Range Water Reducing Admixture.

Application
The maximum plasticizing effect or water reduction is obtained if AD-TEK SH is added into concrete after cement is wet out.
Dosage
The recommended dose rate is between 500 – 1600 ml per 100 kg of cement binder, depending on specific mix design and requirements.
The most effective dosage must be determined by trial.
Packaging
AD-TEK SH is available in 20-litre and 1000-litre containers and in bulk.

Storage and Shelf Life
AD-TEK SH should be stored at between 5ºC and 40ºC. In an unopened original container, it has a shelf life of one year.
