Water Reducing Admixture – Aqueous Solution
Description
AD-TEK WR is a composite water reducing admixture designed to produce concrete with extended slump life and water reduction.
AD-TEK WR is used to produce high performance concrete, where higher water reduction with easy placing and workability is needed.
AD-TEK WR exceeds all requirements of Australian Standard AS1478.1 – 2000 as a Water Reducing Admixture.

Dosage
The recommended dose rate is between 200-400 ml per 100 kg of cement binder depending on specific mix design and requirements. Preliminary laboratory or field trials should be conducted to determine the required dosage rates.
Application
The maximum plasticizing effect or water reduction is obtained if AD-TEK WR is added into concrete after the cement is wetted out. Place and cure concrete according to proper concrete procedures.
Packaging
AD-TEK WR is available in 20-litre containers, 1000-litre cubes and in bulk.

Storage and Shelf Life
Can be stored for up to one year when stored in an unopened original container at between 5ºC and 40ºC.
